Who is that mysterious woman on the cover of Güero’s Menu?

Her name is Adelita! She is a tribute to the brave women of the Mexican Revolution who followed their men into battle and in many cases fought along-side them. We thought she’d be a great icon to honor all the women who grace our doorway.
